Arriving in the UK

Bank accounts, phones, healthcare and GP registration, driving, visa and documentation logistics, and getting to know the city.

Support for the people who carry the career with you.
School search and enrolment, childcare and nanny sourcing, partner support, family travel, healthcare appointments.
Away for the season, the tour or the shoot
Every leg planned. And the home you left behind, kept running.
Private aviation and flights, hotels and villas, ground transport, full itineraries. Property, vehicles and pets looked after while you are away.
Your diary and your advisers
The commitments managed, and the long term protected.
Media, appearance and brand scheduling, liaison with your agent, and introductions to independent, regulated wealth, legal and tax professionals who understand short careers with high earnings.

Household staff, bills and paperwork, vehicles, gifts, restaurants and experiences, and the request that needs doing today.

You deal with one person who knows your situation, your family and your priorities. Suppliers and contractors work to Xylo's standards and under Xylo's name, and you never see them unless you want to. The exception is regulated advice: the wealth, legal and tax professionals we introduce work with you directly.
Your private office runs as a monthly membership, with evenings and weekends included, because that is when your work happens. Individual requests are welcome too.

A single onboarding fee of £300 to £500 applies, and memberships have a minimum term of three months. Additional hours are £60 an hour, with no out of hours premium, invoiced monthly in arrears. Relocations, arrivals and other projects are quoted individually. Supplier costs are charged at cost and approved by you in advance.

Xylo does not represent talent. We have no involvement in contracts, transfers, deals or negotiations. That is your role.
What we do is take the personal and family logistics off your desk. The relocation, the school search, the travel, the household. The calls that come to you because there is no one else to call.
For the business side of your own operation, invoicing, commission tracking, bookkeeping and admin, our sister company Sideline works alongside Xylo so the whole picture is covered.
